1. Overview

CVumi is a desktop application that runs locally on your computer. Your CVs, job descriptions, and generated documents are stored on your device. We do not receive or store the content of your CVs or job applications.

We do not collect the content of your CVs, cover letters, job postings, or the API keys you use.

3. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record). Lemon Squeezy processes your payment and tax information according to their own Privacy Policy. We receive only the information necessary to deliver your licence and provide support.

These providers process data only as necessary to provide their services to us and under appropriate data processing agreements where required.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and data portability, as well as the right to object and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Germany: the Bavarian Data Protection Authority or the authority of your place of residence). 7. International Transfers

Where data is processed outside the EU/EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place.
